Minutes from May 7, 2007 were approved: Dick Hall motioned, Brian Dill seconded, all voted in favor.
Old Business:
LINWOOD ACRES: Pinkham and Greer’s estimate for road construction observation was reviewed. Members decided that it would be appropriate to hire an engineer from that company other than Steve Stearns, as he is related to the applicants. Derrick motioned for Jim to proceed in retaining the road engineer, Dick seconded, all voted in favor.
A revised Letter of Credit has not yet been received.
RICK AHEARN AND JODIE AHEARN, MOBILE HOME PARK: No new information.
New Business:
VERNAL POOLS: Rick introduced a recent article in the paper about vernal pools; the new rules go into effect on September 1st and apply to subdivisions that have already started. This will impact Linwood Acres. The problem is that a vernal pool can only be determined in the spring. By the middle of March, properties should be examined to see if they contain vernal pools.
MEETING CANCELED: Rick suggested that the June 18 meeting should be canceled, as there is nothing on the agenda and nothing was presented tonight. The next regular meeting will be July 2, 2007, at 7:00 PM.
The meeting adjourned at 7:25 PM.
