Administrative:
Minutes from the June 4, 2007 meeting were approved. Dick Hall moved, Derrick and Rick seconded, all voted in favor.
Old Business:
VERNAL POOLS: Members briefly discussed the upcoming regulations on vernal pools, noting that it is a state requirement. Subdivisions that have been approved but not yet built will be subject to the new regulations. Vernal pools must be determined in the spring.
RICK AHEARN AND JODIE AHEARN, MOBILE HOME PARK: No new information.
New Business:
No new business discussed.
The July 16, 2007 meeting was canceled due to lack of items on the agenda. The next regular meeting will be Monday, August 6, 2007 at Dayton Town Hall.
